Customer Care

We are committed to ensuring that all our customers receive the highest standard of customer care. With this in mind we plan our project operations around our customers in order to mitigate any concerns they may have. We have invested a large amount of time and money into instilling a customer care policy that we know exceeds our customers demands and expectations. Each employee is trained and experienced in dealing with customer concerns onsite, which reduces the response times and the majority of concerns can be dealt with when they are identified.

Customer Relationships
We aim to create a positive customer relationship from day 1. We start by providing each customer with written information regarding the siteworks, this information is typically posted to the customer. From there we personally inform all of our customers about the project and work with them to assess their needs which helps to create a positive solution.
Customer Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is a core element in our customer care service, we aim to manage the customers concerns and perception of GMM to provide them with a positive experience. Our onsite operatives are all approachable, friendly and at all times are ready to deal with any concerns you may have, we also provide contact details on our guarding equipment and vehicles. All of this in place to improve customer satisfaction levels.
